"I love John’s songs. In the Beatles, if you said it was one of your songs, it basically meant it was your idea. So Eleanor Rigby was my song, but John helped me finish it. A Day in the Life was his, but I helped him finish it. He came up with ‘I read the news today’ and I came up with ‘he blew his mind out in a car.’" - Paul McCartney

are kids…are kids romanticizing growing up in the late 90s/early 2000s? is this a joke? Is this what it feels like to get older?

wait do these kids think people didn’t wear skimpy clothes and lots of make up? Because that happened. And hate to break it to you, but the punks weren’t the cool kids. And nobody was ok with themselves. and no internet. YOU WOULDN’T SURVIVE ON DIAL UP.

Oh my god that is hilarious! I can’t.
